For the Lemon Butter Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fish:
    • Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
