Whipped peanut butter cottage cheese mousse—high-protein, smooth, and naturally sweetened. A healthy, no-bake treat for dessert or post-workout.
Ingredients
1 cup (240g) full-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup (60g) natural peanut butter
2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Optional toppings: dark chocolate chips, banana slices, granola, chopped nuts
Instructions
Add cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to a blender or food processor.
Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
Spoon into jars or bowls.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set.
Serve cold with your favorite toppings.
