Description

Whipped peanut butter cottage cheese mousse—high-protein, smooth, and naturally sweetened. A healthy, no-bake treat for dessert or post-workout.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240g) full-fat cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup (60g) natural peanut butter

  • 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

  • Optional toppings: dark chocolate chips, banana slices, granola, chopped nuts


Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to a blender or food processor.

  • Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.

  • Spoon into jars or bowls.

  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set.

 

  • Serve cold with your favorite toppings.
