A refreshing summer drink with watermelon, green grapes, Yakult, and simple syrup—hydrating, fruity, perfect for hot days or mocktails.
Ingredients

1 bottle Yakult
70g watermelon, crushed
40g green grapes, crushed
10g simple syrup
Ice cubes
For the syrup:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
Make the syrup: In a saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar. Simmer until the sugar dissolves. Let cool.
Crush the fruit: Lightly crush green grapes and place at the bottom of a serving glass.
Add ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes over the grapes.
Layer flavors: Pour in simple syrup, then Yakult.
Top and garnish: Spoon crushed watermelon over the top and garnish with whole grapes. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by increasing or reducing the simple syrup.
- Freeze crushed watermelon beforehand for a slushie texture.
- Great served in a tall glass with a straw and mint for added flair.
