  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Sauce:

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (slurry)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat wings dry, then toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Add honey, soy sauce, and sriracha; simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Remove from heat.
  • Toss baked wings in the sauce until well coated.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes at the end.
  • Adjust sriracha for a milder or spicier flavor.
