  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Prepare the Batter:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sugars, eggs, and oil. Mix until smooth.
  • Gradually add flour, stirring until just combined.
  • Stir in vanilla and fold in chopped pecans.

Bake the Bread:
