Description

Bite-sized Sugar Cookie Balls coated in a candy shell and festive sprinkles! These no-bake treats are quick, easy, and perfect for holidays or parties!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 sugar cookies
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 12 ounces red candy melts
  • Sprinkles for decorating

Instructions

  • Pulse sugar cookies in a food processor until they become fine crumbs.
  • Add cream cheese and blend until a dough-like consistency forms.
  • Scoop out portions using a 1-inch cookie scoop or tablespoon and roll into balls (about 18 truffles).
  • Freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt red candy melts according to package instructions.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted candy, letting excess drip off.
  • Place back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and immediately decorate with sprinkles before the coating sets.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes to fully set.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Cookie Type: Any sugar cookie will work, but homemade or store-bought crunchy sugar cookies create the best texture.
  • Soft Dough Fix: If the mixture is too soft to roll, chill it in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before shaping.
  • Dipping Tip: Use a fork or dipping tool to coat truffles smoothly in melted candy. Let excess drip off before placing on parchment paper.
