Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding Delight layers bananas, strawberries, cheesecake pudding, and wafers for the ultimate fruity dessert!


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 (5.1 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 (12 oz) container whipped topping, thawed

  • 4 bananas, sliced

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1 box vanilla wafers


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  • Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until combined.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk the cheesecake pudding mix with cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

  • Stir the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.

  • Gently fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract.

  • In a 9×13-inch dish, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom.

  • Add a layer of sliced bananas and strawberries.

  • Spread half of the cheesecake pudding mixture over the fruit.

  • Repeat the layers: wafers, bananas, strawberries, and the remaining pudding mixture.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

 

  • Garnish with extra whipped topping, crushed vanilla wafers, and fresh fruit before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, drizzle strawberry syrup between the layers.
  • You can substitute graham crackers or shortbread cookies for vanilla wafers if preferred.
