- 2 lbs russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 packet (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Layer the thinly sliced potatoes in a spiral or layered pattern in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, and the entire soup mix evenly over the potatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil evenly over the seasoned potatoes.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours—do not lift the lid while cooking.
- Serve hot by gently scooping the potatoes out of the slow cooker.

- Yukon gold potatoes can be used for a creamier texture.
