Description

Slow Cooker Lipton Onion Potatoes are a simple, flavorful side dish with potatoes and Lipton Onion Soup Mix for tender, savory perfection!


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs russet potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Layer the thinly sliced potatoes in a spiral or layered pattern in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, and the entire soup mix evenly over the potatoes.
  • Drizzle olive oil evenly over the seasoned potatoes.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours—do not lift the lid while cooking.
  • Serve hot by gently scooping the potatoes out of the slow cooker.

Notes

  • Yukon gold potatoes can be used for a creamier texture.
