Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
