  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

3. Lemon Garlic Marinade (Zesty & Refreshing)

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

4. Sweet & Spicy Marinade (Bold & Fiery)

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

5. Orange Ginger Marinade (Citrusy & Aromatic)

  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: Choose your desired marinade and whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the Salmon: Place 2-3 salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Refrigerate: Cover and let the salmon marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours for maximum flavor.
  4. Cook the Salmon:
    • Grill: Cook over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
    • Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes.
    • Pan-Sear: Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp oil, and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
