Description

Soft and fluffy pull-apart garlic bread with a golden crust, infused with buttery garlic and herbs. Perfect for sharing at any gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  • Punch down dough and divide into 1-inch balls.
  • Mix minced garlic, chopped parsley, and melted butter. Toss dough pieces in the mixture.
  • Arrange coated dough pieces in a greased 9-inch bundt pan or baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top (if using).
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

  • For extra cheesiness, mix shredded mozzarella with the dough balls before baking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat before serving.
