- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with buttermilk. Stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in diced peaches and chopped pecans.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
