Ingredients

- 110g salted butter, softened
- 55g granulated sugar
- 160g plain flour
- 80g chocolate chips
- 50g Nutella or preferred spread
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Make the Dough:
- Cream butter & sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
- Stir in chocolate chips evenly.
Shape the Cookies:
- Roll dough into small balls (about 1 tsp each).
- Place on the baking tray & flatten slightly.
Bake:
- Bake for 10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Do not overbake—cookies should stay soft.
Cool & Fill:
- Let cookies cool completely.
- Spread Nutella on one cookie & sandwich with another.
Enjoy:
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Notes
- Substitute Nutella with Biscoff or peanut butter for variety.
- For extra gooeyness, microwave for a few seconds before eating.
