For the crepes:

  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp (25g) granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups (300ml) whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15g) melted butter, plus extra for cooking

For the filling:

  • 1/2 cup (150g) Nutella
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add wet ingredients to dry, whisking until smooth.
  • Stir in melted butter and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, lightly greasing with butter.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift slightly, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes on a plate.
  • Spread Nutella over each crepe and top with sliced strawberries.
  • Fold or roll crepes, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Let the batter rest for a better texture.
  • Warm Nutella slightly for easier spreading.
