- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups (300ml) whole milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (15g) melted butter, plus extra for cooking
For the filling:
- 1/2 cup (150g) Nutella
- 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, sliced
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, lightly greasing with butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift slightly, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes on a plate.
- Spread Nutella over each crepe and top with sliced strawberries.
- Fold or roll crepes, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Let the batter rest for a better texture.
- Warm Nutella slightly for easier spreading.
