Mini Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries are filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with graham crumbs—a bite-sized, no-bake delight!

- 20 large fresh strawberries
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (50g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (50g) graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Wash and pat dry the strawberries. Use a paring knife to remove the tops and hollow out the centers.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and heavy cream, whipping until fluffy.
- Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag and fill each strawberry.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
