Description

Mini Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries are filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with graham crumbs—a bite-sized, no-bake delight!


Ingredients

  • 20 large fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (50g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (50g) graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  • Wash and pat dry the strawberries. Use a paring knife to remove the tops and hollow out the centers.
  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and heavy cream, whipping until fluffy.
  • Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag and fill each strawberry.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
