Description

1 package King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp ground cinnamon1 cup powdered sugar

23 tbsp milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls horizontally to create a top and bottom layer; place the bottom layer in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth; spread evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
  4. Place the top layer of rolls over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In another bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon; pour over the rolls, ensuring they are fully covered.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  7. While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  8. Once the rolls are done, remove from the oven and drizzle with the glaze.
