Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  • Gently fold the yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites.
  • Spoon onto the baking sheet, forming small round mounds.
