Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites.
- Spoon onto the baking sheet, forming small round mounds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
