  • 12 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup spreadable cream cheese
  • ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeños, diced
  • ¼ cup crispy fried jalapeños, chopped
  • ¼ cup crispy fried onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion (use a garlic press)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh jalapeño slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  • In a bowl, mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add grated cheddar cheese, diced pickled jalapeños, chopped fried jalapeños, chopped crispy fried onions (reserve some for garnish), and minced onion. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  • Garnish each deviled egg with reserved crispy fried onions and a fresh jalapeño slice.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
