- 12 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup spreadable cream cheese
- ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
- ½ cup pickled jalapeños, diced
- ¼ cup crispy fried jalapeños, chopped
- ¼ cup crispy fried onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced onion (use a garlic press)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh jalapeño slices for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add grated cheddar cheese, diced pickled jalapeños, chopped fried jalapeños, chopped crispy fried onions (reserve some for garnish), and minced onion. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish each deviled egg with reserved crispy fried onions and a fresh jalapeño slice.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.

- For extra spice, use fresh diced jalapeños instead of pickled ones.
