Description
For the Casserole:
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients
Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the Sausage and Vegetables:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
