- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy release.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Whisk until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, honey, milk, and vanilla extract. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
