Description

Homemade Snickers Bars Recipe – A decadent treat with layers of creamy nougat, gooey caramel, crunchy peanuts, and rich chocolate. Perfect for dessert lovers!

  • Chocolate Layers:
    • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
    • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1 cup milk chocolate chips (for the top layer)
    • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (for the top layer)
  • Nougat Layer:
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
    • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
    • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1 1/2 cups salted peanuts, chopped
  • Caramel Layer:
    • 1 bag (11 oz) caramel candies
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan – Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • First Chocolate Layer – Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter in the microwave (30-second intervals, stirring until smooth). Pour and spread evenly in the pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Nougat Layer – Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and evaporated milk, stirring continuously. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, mix in marshmallow fluff and peanut butter, then stir in chopped peanuts. Spread over the chocolate layer and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Caramel Layer – Melt caramel candies with heavy cream in the microwave (30-second intervals, stirring until smooth). Pour over the nougat and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Final Chocolate Layer – Melt the remaining chocolate chips and peanut butter. Pour over the caramel layer and spread evenly.
  • Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.
