- Chocolate Layers:
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips (for the top layer)
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (for the top layer)
- Nougat Layer:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups salted peanuts, chopped
- Caramel Layer:
- 1 bag (11 oz) caramel candies
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan – Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- First Chocolate Layer – Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter in the microwave (30-second intervals, stirring until smooth). Pour and spread evenly in the pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Nougat Layer – Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and evaporated milk, stirring continuously. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, mix in marshmallow fluff and peanut butter, then stir in chopped peanuts. Spread over the chocolate layer and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Caramel Layer – Melt caramel candies with heavy cream in the microwave (30-second intervals, stirring until smooth). Pour over the nougat and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Final Chocolate Layer – Melt the remaining chocolate chips and peanut butter. Pour over the caramel layer and spread evenly.
- Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.
