Description

Herbed Cucumber Tea Sandwiches with crisp cucumbers and herbed cream cheese on soft bread—light, fresh, and perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tsp fresh chives, chopped

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 20 slices white bread, crusts removed


Instructions

  • Make the Herbed Spread:

    • Mix cream cheese and mayo until smooth.

    • Add dill, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

  • Assemble Sandwiches:

    • Spread cream cheese mixture on all bread slices.

    • Layer cucumber slices on half the bread.

    • Top with remaining slices to form sandwiches.

 

  • Cut & Serve:

    • Slice each sandwich into quarters (squares or triangles).

    • Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
