Description
Herbed Cucumber Tea Sandwiches with crisp cucumbers and herbed cream cheese on soft bread—light, fresh, and perfect for any gathering!
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
20 slices white bread, crusts removed
Instructions
Make the Herbed Spread:
Mix cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
Add dill, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Assemble Sandwiches:
Spread cream cheese mixture on all bread slices.
Layer cucumber slices on half the bread.
Top with remaining slices to form sandwiches.
Cut & Serve:
Slice each sandwich into quarters (squares or triangles).
Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
