Description

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  •  1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut 


    Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter. Mix well.
    3. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
    4. Add the baking soda and salt, mixing gently.
    5. Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour, being careful not to overmix.
    6. Stir in the shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
    7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
    8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
