For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup or mustard (optional)

For Assembly:

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
    • Mix in cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup/mustard.
  2. Assemble the Bombs:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Flatten biscuit dough into 4-inch circles.
    • Add 2 tbsp beef filling to the center, then fold and seal the dough into a ball.
    • Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  3. Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
    • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  4. Bake:
    • Brush the tops of each dough ball with the garlic butter.
    • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve:
    • Garnish with parsley if desired.
    • Let cool slightly before serving.
