- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp ketchup or mustard (optional)
For Assembly:
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling:
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Mix in cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup/mustard.
- Assemble the Bombs:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten biscuit dough into 4-inch circles.
- Add 2 tbsp beef filling to the center, then fold and seal the dough into a ball.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Bake:
- Brush the tops of each dough ball with the garlic butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve:
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
