Description

Garlic Butter Lobster Tails: Succulent lobster tails broiled in rich garlic butter sauce, finished with a squeeze of lemon. Delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven’s broiler.
  • Prep the Lobster Tails:
    • Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin.
    • Gently pull the meat out, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell for an elegant presentation.
  • Make the Garlic Butter Glaze: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Brush the Lobster: Place the lobster tails on a foil-lined baking sheet. Generously brush the garlic butter glaze over the exposed lobster meat.
  • Broil the Lobster: Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat turns opaque and lightly golden. The internal temperature should reach 140°F (60°C).
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove the lobster tails from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges. For extra indulgence, drizzle with additional melted butter.
