- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven’s broiler.
- Prep the Lobster Tails:
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin.
- Gently pull the meat out, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell for an elegant presentation.
- Make the Garlic Butter Glaze: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Brush the Lobster: Place the lobster tails on a foil-lined baking sheet. Generously brush the garlic butter glaze over the exposed lobster meat.
- Broil the Lobster: Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat turns opaque and lightly golden. The internal temperature should reach 140°F (60°C).
- Garnish and Serve: Remove the lobster tails from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges. For extra indulgence, drizzle with additional melted butter.
