- 1 pound fresh pizza dough
- 1 cup creamy Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough into a 12×14-inch rectangle.
- Spread Alfredo sauce over half of the dough, leaving a border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the sauce.
- Fold dough over the filling and press edges to seal.
- Slice into 1-inch strips and twist each one.
- Place twists on the baking sheet, spacing 1 inch apart.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over twists.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
