Description

A delicious blend of Alfredo and mozzarella, wrapped in golden pizza dough and brushed with garlic butter for a crowd-pleasing treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh pizza dough
  • 1 cup creamy Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a 12×14-inch rectangle.
  • Spread Alfredo sauce over half of the dough, leaving a border.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella over the sauce.
  • Fold dough over the filling and press edges to seal.
  • Slice into 1-inch strips and twist each one.
  • Place twists on the baking sheet, spacing 1 inch apart.
  • Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over twists.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
