Description

No-bake Fruity Pebbles cheesecake with buttery marshmallow crust and creamy, dreamy filling—colorful, festive, kid-friendly, and easy to make!


Ingredients

Crust:

  • 3 ½ cups Fruity Pebbles cereal

  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 7 oz marshmallow creme

  • 1 ½ cups Fruity Pebbles cereal, lightly chopped


Instructions

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine Fruity Pebbles, marshmallows, and butter. Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes until melted and puffed.

  • Stir until cereal is fully coated, then press mixture into a greased pie plate, forming the crust up the sides.

  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add marshmallow creme and mix until combined.

  • Gently fold in the chopped Fruity Pebbles.

  • Spread the filling over the crust and smooth the top.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours, or freeze for 30 minutes to set faster.

 

  • Garnish with additional cereal before serving if desired.

Notes

  • Use a springform pan for cleaner slicing and presentation.
  • Can be made a day in advance; store covered in the fridge.
