Ingredients
1 cup orange marmalade
½ cup Kansas City-style barbecue sauce
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 lb frozen fully cooked chicken nuggets
Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Bake the Nuggets:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange chicken nuggets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 11–13 minutes or according to package directions until golden and crispy.
Make the Orange Sauce:
While the nuggets bake, combine orange marmalade, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
Stir and cook for 5 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened.
Toss and Serve:
Transfer cooked nuggets to a large mixing bowl.
Pour the warm sauce over the nuggets and toss until evenly coated.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
Serve warm over rice or noodles.
