Description

A vibrant, creamy, and no-bake Easter dessert featuring layers of fruity Jell-O in a graham cracker crust. A fun and festive treat for springtime celebrations!

Ingredients

Scale
  • Base:
    • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • Jell-O Layers:
    • 3 (3 oz) boxes of Jell-O (assorted colors and flavors)
    • 1 1/2 cups boiling water (divided)
    • 1 1/2 cups cold water (divided)
    • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • Toppings:
    • Whipped cream (for garnish)
    • Easter sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Jell-O Mixtures – In separate bowls, dissolve each Jell-O flavor in 1/2 cup boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Cool & Mix – Add 1/2 cup cold water to each bowl and mix well. Let cool slightly.
  3. Fold in Whipped Topping – Gently mix 1/3 of the whipped topping into each Jell-O mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. Layer the Pie – Pour one Jell-O mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until slightly set.
  5. Repeat Layers – Add the next two layers, refrigerating each layer before adding the next to prevent mixing.
  6. Chill & Set – Once all layers are done, refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully firm.
  7. Decorate & Serve – Before serving, top with whipped cream and Easter sprinkles for a festive touch. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use pastel-colored Jell-O flavors like strawberry, lemon, and berry blue for an Easter theme.
  • Swap the graham cracker crust for an Oreo or shortbread crust for a twist.
