Description

A light and luscious no-bake dessert with citrusy flavor and creamy goodness—this dreamy pie tastes just like an orange creamsicle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (3 oz) box orange Jell-O gelatin

  • 2/3 cup boiling water

  • 1 cup ice cold water

  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust

  • Mandarin orange slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in boiling water; whisk for about 2 minutes.

  • Add ice cold water and whisk until frothy.

  • Fold in the Cool Whip until the filling is smooth and creamy.

  • Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to thicken slightly.

  • Pour into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

  • Chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.

  • Garnish with mandarin orange slices before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • For extra citrus kick, add a bit of orange zest into the mix.

  • Substitute whipped cream cheese for a tangy twist.

  • Keeps well in the fridge for 2–3 days—great for make-ahead desserts.
