  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 English cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 10 slices white bread, crusts removed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Creamy Spread:
    • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped chives, dill, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Assemble the Sandwiches:
