- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1–2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 10 slices white bread, crusts removed
Instructions
- Prepare the Creamy Spread:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped chives, dill, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Assemble the Sandwiches:
- Lay out the slices of white bread. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice.
- Arrange thin slices of cucumber over the cream cheese on half of the bread slices. Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Cut and Serve:
- Using a sharp knife, cut each sandwich diagonally into triangles or into desired shapes. Serve immediately.
