4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips
Optional: Additional crushed Butterfinger or sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and softened butter until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract, then gradually mix in powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs.
- Stir in crushed Butterfinger bars until evenly mixed.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip chilled balls into chocolate, coat fully, and return to tray. Add toppings if desired.
- Let chocolate set, refrigerating for 15 minutes to speed up.
- Store in airtight container in the fridge until serving.
