Description

Crunchy Butterfinger Balls  with peanut butter, graham crackers & candy bits dipped in chocolate—easy no-bake treats perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars

  • 8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips

  • Optional: Additional crushed Butterfinger or sprinkles for garnish


Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and softened butter until creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract, then gradually mix in powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Stir in crushed Butterfinger bars until evenly mixed.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip chilled balls into chocolate, coat fully, and return to tray. Add toppings if desired.
  • Let chocolate set, refrigerating for 15 minutes to speed up.
  • Store in airtight container in the fridge until serving.
