Description

This croissant club delight features turkey, Swiss, avocado, and veggies—bacon-free and baked to golden perfection in just 20 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, peeled and pitted

  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt

  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice

  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

  • 4 croissants, split

  • 8 slices smoked deli turkey breast

  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

  • 8 slices tomato

  • 4 lettuce leaves

  • 4 teaspoons spicy brown mustard, or to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Mash avocados with garlic salt, lemon juice, and oregano.

  • Layer 2 turkey slices and 1 Swiss slice on the bottom half of each croissant. Top with croissant tops.

  • Bake on a sheet for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.

 

  • Open sandwiches, add tomato, lettuce, mustard, and avocado mix. Close and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh, flaky croissants for the best texture. Customize with spinach or arugula for extra greens.
