This croissant club delight features turkey, Swiss, avocado, and veggies—bacon-free and baked to golden perfection in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients
2 avocados, peeled and pitted
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
4 croissants, split
8 slices smoked deli turkey breast
4 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices tomato
4 lettuce leaves
4 teaspoons spicy brown mustard, or to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mash avocados with garlic salt, lemon juice, and oregano.
Layer 2 turkey slices and 1 Swiss slice on the bottom half of each croissant. Top with croissant tops.
Bake on a sheet for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
Open sandwiches, add tomato, lettuce, mustard, and avocado mix. Close and serve warm.
