Instructions
- Layer Ingredients: Place the cubed steak at the bottom of the crockpot, followed by diced potatoes and onions.
- Season: Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
- Add Liquids: In a small bowl, mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the crockpot contents.
- Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until steak is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Add Cheese: About 10–15 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover, and let melt.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
