Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Layer Ingredients: Place the cubed steak at the bottom of the crockpot, followed by diced potatoes and onions.
  • Season: Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
  • Add Liquids: In a small bowl, mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the crockpot contents.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until steak is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
  • Add Cheese: About 10–15 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover, and let melt.
