- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet (0.87 oz) chicken gravy mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Whisk together ranch seasoning, gravy mix, soup, broth, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour over chicken and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in cream cheese (if using) during the last 30 minutes.
- Shred the chicken and mix into the gravy.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of paprika.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Can also be made with boneless chicken thighs for a juicier texture.
