  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear ribs for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  • Transfer ribs to the crock pot.
  • In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and seasonings.
  • Pour sauce over ribs, coating them evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
