Description

Enjoy the delicious flavors of pizza in a quick, crispy snack with these two-ingredient pizza chips—made with mozzarella and pepperoni!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2/3 cup (80 g) low-moisture shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 48 slices (21 g) mini pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease 16 cups of a mini muffin pan lightly.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of shredded mozzarella into each greased cup, pressing down slightly.
  • Top each with 3 mini pepperoni slices. Optional: Sprinkle with Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
  • Bake for 8 minutes, or until the edges turn a dark golden brown.
  • Cool in the pan until easy to handle, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
  • Serve warm, plain, or with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Swap mini pepperoni for regular slices cut into quarters.
  • Add a sprinkle of garlic powder or red pepper flakes for extra spice.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for crispiness.
