Instructions

- Grease 16 cups of a mini muffin pan lightly.
- Add 2 teaspoons of shredded mozzarella into each greased cup, pressing down slightly.
- Top each with 3 mini pepperoni slices. Optional: Sprinkle with Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
- Bake for 8 minutes, or until the edges turn a dark golden brown.
- Cool in the pan until easy to handle, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
