Description

Air-fried vegetarian pinwheels with sweet pepper jelly, sautéed mushrooms, cheddar, and cream cheese—crispy, creamy, and packed with bold flavor.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup pepper jelly

  • 1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 large flour tortilla

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Sauté mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat until golden; cool slightly.

  • Mix cream cheese and pepper jelly until smooth.

  • Stir in mushrooms, green onions, and cheddar. Season to taste.

  • Spread mixture over tortilla, leaving a small edge.

  • Roll tightly, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  • Slice into 1-inch pinwheels.

  • Air fry in a single layer for 5–7 minutes, flipping once, until crispy.

 

  • Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

  • Substitute with gluten-free tortilla if needed.
  • Can be prepped ahead and air-fried just before serving.
  • Add red pepper flakes for extra spice, or use jalapeño jelly.
