2 lbs potatoes, sliced into ½-inch thick pieces

1 large onion, cut into wedges

¼ cup canola oil

¼ cup olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 packet onion soup mix


Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onions, canola oil, and olive oil. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
