Description

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep Oven & Baking Sheet:

    • Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Slice & Season Zucchini:

    • Slice zucchini into ¼-inch thick rounds.

    • In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil to coat evenly.

  3. Coat with Parmesan Mixture:

    • In a separate bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    • Press one side of each zucchini round into the cheese mixture.

  4. Bake:

    • Place coated zucchini slices on the baking sheet in a single layer, cheese side up.
