Instructions
- Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped celery, red onion, and nuts.
- Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Mix & Coat: Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
