Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Preheat Skillet: Lightly coat a nonstick skillet or griddle with cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat.
- Cook Pancakes: Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Wait for Bubbles: Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges look set, about 2–3 minutes.
- Flip and Cook: Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Repeat: Continue with the remaining batter, reapplying cooking spray as needed.
