Instructions

  • Prepare Mixture:

    • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder. Stir until it reaches a rolling boil.
    • Let boil for 1 minute without stirring.
  • Add Ingredients:

    • Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
