Instructions
Prepare Mixture:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder. Stir until it reaches a rolling boil.
- Let boil for 1 minute without stirring.
Add Ingredients:
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Add oats and salt, mixing until well combined.
Shape Cookies:
- Drop spoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet.
