Description

A soothing and aromatic cinnamon tea blended with the healing power of honey and lemon, perfect for relieving sore throat discomfort.


Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick (or ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (raw or organic preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 slice fresh ginger (optional, for added relief)

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil.
  • Add the cinnamon stick (or ground cinnamon) and ginger slice if using.
  • Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • Remove from heat and strain the tea into a cup to remove the cinnamon stick and ginger.
  • Stir in the honey and fresh lemon juice until well combined.
