Chilled Orange Jello Creamsicle Pie is a light, no-bake dessert made with orange gelatin, Cool Whip, and graham cracker crust—perfect for summer!
Ingredients
3 oz box orange Jell-O gelatin
⅔ cup boiling water
1 cup ice-cold water
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust (9–10 inch)
Optional: Mandarin orange slices, for garnish
Instructions
Dissolve Jello:
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve orange Jell-O in boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
Add Cold Water:
Stir in ice-cold water. Mix until slightly thickened.
Fold in Cool Whip:
Gently fold in Cool Whip until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Chill Before Filling:
Refrigerate filling for 30 minutes until it starts to set.
Assemble the Pie:
Spoon mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Final Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
Serve:
Garnish with mandarin orange slices if desired. Serve chilled.
