Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread – crispy, buttery garlic bread topped with creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and melted cheese. A delicious appetizer or meal!

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (vegan option: shredded jackfruit or plant-based chicken)
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (vegan option: cashew or coconut-based Alfredo sauce)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (vegan option: dairy-free mozzarella like Daiya or Violife)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (vegan option: nutritional yeast or vegan Parmesan)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (vegan option: plant-based butter like Earth Balance)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice French bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  • Mix butter with garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Spread over bread.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.
  • Heat chicken with Alfredo sauce in a pan until warm. (For vegan: Heat jackfruit or plant-based chicken with vegan Alfredo sauce.)
  • Remove bread from oven and evenly spread the Alfredo mixture.
  • Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for another 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden-brown finish.
  • Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
