Description

Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roses made with puff pastry, pepperoni, and mozzarella—an easy, fun appetizer or snack perfect for parties and pizza lovers!


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet pre-rolled puff pastry (approx. 14″ x 9″)

  • ½ cup pizza sauce

  • 200g (7 oz) pepperoni slices

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Optional: honey or hot honey, for drizzling


Instructions

  • Prepare Pastry:

    • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

    • Spread pizza sauce over puff pastry and cut into 8 equal strips.

  • Assemble Roses:

    • Line each strip with overlapping pepperoni slices, half hanging over the edge.

    • Sprinkle mozzarella on top.

    • Roll each strip to form rose shapes, sealing the edge.

  • Bake:

    • Place in a greased muffin tin.

    • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

 

  • Serve:

    • Remove from tin carefully.

    • Drizzle with honey or hot honey if desired.

    • Serve warm.
