Description

Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each into a small circle.
  3. Place a small amount of shredded mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal and forming a ball.
  5. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Brush each dough ball with the seasoned butter mixture.
  7. Place the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
