1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each into a small circle.
- Place a small amount of shredded mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal and forming a ball.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush each dough ball with the seasoned butter mixture.
- Place the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
