4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet fajita seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced1 onion, sliced

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

Optional Add-Ins and Garnishes:

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh cilantro

Sour cream, guacamole, or salsa


Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Season the Chicken:

Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the fajita seasoning evenly over the chicken, ensuring all sides are well coated.

Prepare the Veggies:

In a medium bowl, toss the sliced red and green bell peppers and onion with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of the fajita seasoning (optional).

Spread the seasoned veggies evenly around and on top of the chicken breasts.

Bake:
