- 1 Carnivore Flatbread (baked in a 13×11 inch rectangle or oval)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
- Dash of salt
- ½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or gouda)
- 3 sausage links, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 415°F (210°C). If not already done, prepare the Carnivore Flatbread according to the recipe, shaping it into a 13×11 inch rectangle or oval. Place the baked flatbread on a lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, heavy cream, pressed garlic, and a dash of salt. Stir in the shredded cheese until well combined.
- Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the flatbread crust.
- Sprinkle the cooked and crumbled sausage over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice into portions, and serve warm.
