Ingredients

  • 1 Carnivore Flatbread (baked in a 13×11 inch rectangle or oval)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
  • Dash of salt
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or gouda)
  • 3 sausage links, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 415°F (210°C). If not already done, prepare the Carnivore Flatbread according to the recipe, shaping it into a 13×11 inch rectangle or oval. Place the baked flatbread on a lined baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, heavy cream, pressed garlic, and a dash of salt. Stir in the shredded cheese until well combined.
  • Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the flatbread crust.
  • Sprinkle the cooked and crumbled sausage over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
